Ok i' have discovered how to fix this issue. 1st Right click your Display. Change your Resolution to 1280x720. 2nd Load in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and change the in-game resolution to 1920x1080, Save it. 3rd Exit the game and change your Display settings back to 1920x1080 and it will work fine again. #13.
